End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and vividmemories-games for Dot Clash (the “App”).

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the App on devices you own or control, subject to the applicable app store rules and our Terms and Conditions.

Restrictions

You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or use the App for commercial purposes except as allowed by law.

Ownership

We retain all rights in the App. This EULA does not sell any intellectual property to you.

Updates

We may provide updates; some features may require the latest version.

Termination

This license ends if you breach our Terms, if we terminate your access, or if you delete the App. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is.” Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability are set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Apple (iOS)

If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you. Apple is not responsible for the App or maintenance.
